Complete After Builders sends crews to all 33 London boroughs and to Greater Manchester, the Liverpool City Region and north Cheshire, and every job is priced the same way, from £212 all in. Find your area below, or put your postcode in the form for the total at your address.

What the council and neighbourhood pages cover

Council pages set out the rules that touch a builders clean: when noisy work is allowed, what a skip or scaffold permit costs, where a visiting crew can park and what the local tip will take. Neighbourhood pages add the housing, such as how much of it was built before 1919 or from 2015 on, the share of households in flats and the conservation areas close by.

Those facts change the job. A Victorian terrace in a conservation area has sash windows and deep cornices that catch plaster dust. A new-build block means a lift booking, a concierge and often no parking permit. In Greenwich, vans are turned away from the council's recycling centre and sent to the paid transfer station next door. In Wigan, the tips refuse waste from landlords and property developers as trade waste. Either way, the builder has to plan the rubble run before the clean can be booked.

If your neighbourhood has no page of its own

The neighbourhood pages are a selection; the crews cover every postcode in the 33 London boroughs and in the North West councils listed below, including Manchester and Liverpool. Enter yours in the form and it prices the job for that address. For the full breakdown by property and type of work, see what a builders clean costs.
